The Christmas Secret

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries presents “The Christmas Secret.”

With Christmas rapidly approaching, a struggling single mom’s life is falling apart. She has lost her job, been evicted from her home and is being taken to court by her ex-husband for custody of their children. If she can recover a lost family heirloom—a magical, star-shaped locket—she just might be able to mend her life and find love and good fortune in time for Christmas.

Dove Review

Christine, along with her children Zack and Haley, have moved to a small town and are trying to make their lives work during this Christmas season. But when some unfortunate things happen, their happiness as a family is challenged.

Christine is a kind person, but when she stops to help a stranger who is having a heart attack, it makes her late for work and she loses her job. When she gets home there is an eviction notice on the door, plus the fact that she lost a necklace that she received from her mother. To top it off, now her ex wants custody of the children although he never pays child support.

Here is a heartwarming and entertaining movie for the Christmas season. It brings to light how amazingly people’s lives intertwine without them searching for it and the surprises it sometimes brings. We are very proud to award “The Christmas Secret” with the Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for all ages.
