Samuel Morris was born in a small village in South Africa. His birth name was Price Kaboo, and he was the son of the tribe chief. He did not live a life of royal treatment, and he worked hard within his tribe and tribal neighbors.God made himself known to Samuel, who had no knowledge of who God was. Samuel was captured as a child and sentenced to execution but escaped after hearing a voice that told him to “run.” He found his way to America, where he took on the name of Samuel Morris. He ended up on the campus of Taylor University, in Indiana. Samuel’s faith was remarkably simple, as portrayed in the reenactment of his life in this film.
