Dove Review

The adventure continues! The Bears are back, brothers Briar and Babu, along with logger Vick, as another fun-filled adventure takes place. Logger Vick is attempting to get back home for New Year’s Day to spend it with his mom and dad in the small town he grew up in, Still Water. But it won’t be easy to get there. His supervisor, Mr. Jenkins, owes him money and Vick needs every dime for his travel fare, but Mr. Jenkins insists that Vick finish a job he’s working on or he won’t get paid. Vick runs into one obstacle after another when he heads to the woods to work.

Joining Vick in his adventure and goal to head homeward are delightful animals from the woods, including a monkey, squirrel, an owl, and of course the brother bears. The slapstick humor abounds with a character being whacked on the head with a stick and a big saw coming too close for comfort.

This energy-laden film is awarded our Dove-approved Seal for All Ages.
