Synopsis

Inspired by actual events about two women, Gail Barlow (Melissa Gilbert) and Linda Wells (Rosanna Arquette), who discover after two years that their babies were mistakenly switched at birth by the hospital staff. Each decides to keep the child that she has been raising, but problems arise when Linda’s money-hungry ex-boyfriend and biological father of Linda’s baby comes back into her life and purposely drives a wedge between Linda and the Barlows.
Knowing they are about to be forced to take back their biological sons, the two mothers have to decide what really matters and what is best for their children, even if that means an unconventional solution to their dilemma. Airs on CBS Wed., 11/24/99 9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT
