Synopsis

Based on the popular children’s books created by Michael and Betty Paraskevas, Maggie And The Ferocious Beast highlights the relationship between our five-year-old heroine Maggie and her best friends. Maggie loves her favorite stuffed toys Beast and Hamilton so much that she has created a whole world — Nowhere Land — for them to explore!

Come celebrate the power of friendship with the adventures of Maggie and her friends: the large and lovable Ferocious Beast and the steadfast and true pig, Hamilton Hocks.
This DVD includes the following episodes: Pack Up Your Troubles, Rub-A-Dub-Dub, The Big Carrot, Out of Water Beast, Rain Rain Come and Stay, Hamilton the Ham, Flim-Flam-A Fiddle, A Beastly Garden, Spring Cleaning, Mr. Shivers, Nap Time, and Up, Up and Away.

Dove Review

What an adorable cartoon! This DVD contains multiple episodes featuring Maggie and her not-so-ferocious friend, Beast. These cute characters, along with their pal Hamilton, become involved in everyday activities such as cleaning, building a snowman and making a kite. Each episode teaches a subtle lesson such as responsibility, patience, and cooperation and the characters are wonderful examples for children. Most of the stories are fairly short which allow for so many to be packed into one DVD. They are full of color and whimsical background music and are a treat for even the not-so-young in body! “Maggie and the Ferocious Beast: Somewhere in Nowhere Land” is easily and happily awarded the “Dove Family-Approved Seal”
