Synopsis

An educational and entertaining program that teaches the wonder of classical music and the importance of life’s responsibilities using the cutest collection of actors ever: puppies!

In “Puppy Plays the Classics< preschool children learn the value of friends, generosity, empathy and loyalty in a series of vignettes peopled by precocious and playful puppies. In addition, each escapade showcases music inspired by some of the world's greatest composers: from Wagner to Bizert to Mozart!

When a lovable puppy named Ollie noses his way into a school music room, his new surroundings are instrumental as he dreams up new adventures for his Friends. Let Ollie and the rest of his puppy pals conduct you and your child through a world of excitement, music and fun!

Dove Review

The stories in “Puppy Plays” have good, moral messages. Since there is no narration, the puppies have to decide what the “right thing” to do is. This gives the parent a chance to interact with their child and also add a biblical perspective if they wish. It kept our two year old very interested.

The puppies are just darling! It makes you want to rush out and buy one; although adoption is strongly suggested. This is a great reminder to check your local animal shelters first if looking for a pet. The puppies are well trained by Paws with a Cause. The “behind the scenes” training makes for an additional interesting feature to check out. We gladly award our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal to this DVD.
