Dove Review

“Hip Hop For Kids” is a DVD with twelve different programs on exercising and dancing. It shows kids of all age groups learning how to stay fit. It gives various ideas and varieties of exercise. The eight kids in this DVD show how to have lots of fun and also be very serious about staying physically fit. The DVD also explains that you need to consult a doctor on different health issues. What I thought was great is that the kids on the DVD were all in various levels of being fit. They were also given great nutrition tips. This program has been awarded the Dove “Family-Approved” Seal.
