The Magic Door

Synopsis

Dove Review
This fantasy movie features trolls, elves, fairies, a black witch and even humans! The film shows that a newly formed family (father George, step mom Rachel, and kids Liam and Sally) can work through bumpy roads if they stick together. They have more than the normal obstacles to overcome as they deal with the black witch who wants the troll Raglin (Big Mick) but he has new allies in the kids, Liam and Sally.
Although this movie features themes of forgiveness and perseverance in dealing with family issues, it also contains a character “damning” another character, and we never award our Dove Seal to a movie which features this curse. So, regrettably, this is one we can’t recommend for family viewing.
