New World Order

The end has come, and a New World Order has arisen. Demi Holloway and Christen Brooks, finds themselves living in the apocalyptic era, foretold in the Holy Bible. Now three years already, since the inception of the New World Order. It’s tyrant general known as the Supreme Chancellor sets out to bring the world under the rule of his master Lord Aldo De Luca. The Supreme Chancellor demands that all people of the world pledge their allegiance to Lord De Luca’s ideals by registry of a global census and that they should receive a mark to distinguish them as legal citizens of the order. Fixated with passion for his lord, the Supreme Chancellor orders all who fail to register themselves as citizens to be terminated. Demi and Christen are forced to make a choice to either live under the New World Order of the Antichrist, Aldo De Luca or die for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Dove Review

This movie gives the viewer a chilling look into the future during the time “The Beast” from the book of Revelation appears and demands a mark to be accepted by all that want to buy food and not face death. In this story, a young Christian woman named Demi Halloway refuses to accept the mark, unlike her parents. She finds herself with other Christians including a young man named Jason who is a resistance leader. It soon becomes clear that there is more to Jason than meets the eye.

Eventually choices have to be made and this includes Demi’s friend Christen, also a Christian. Will they buck the government and refuse to accept the mark, or will they accept it and face eternal separation from God? This is a powerful story with a good script, acting, and direction. However, there are some strong violent scenes with blood, including a scene which shows a woman with a bullet hole in her head. Due to the violence we are awarding the film our Dove “Faith-Based” Seal with a caution for violence.
